What are all the boxes?

During our off-season last year, we did a fun thing by creating a series of boxes that contained items from vendors or prospective vendors so everyone could still enjoy a little faire in a box! Because of popular demand, we're starting those box shenanigans up again!

What’s actually in the box?

We don’t want to ruin the surprise. But we make sure the box contains items that would be found at the faire that are sold by vetted past or potential faire vendors.

Contents will include all the things we all love: spells, spell kits, crystals, charms, readings, healings, services, jewelry, essential oils, perfumes, candles, handmade items, discounts, wearables, stickers, art pieces, love, good vibes, joy, excitement, happiness, well wishes, inspiration, motivation, positivity, and whatever else we can throw at you!

Am I getting a good value?

We include the absolute bare minimum combined retail value of items inside the box. Often the value of the box far exceeds the price paid because we and the vendors love spoiling you! We got tons of great reviews about the contents and cuteness of the box. And we appreciate you trusting us to send you a few of our favorite things! It’s a win win win!

How frequently do the packages get sent out?

They usually get sent on the day mentioned in the listing. If we have leftover ones from a run they go out sporadically as we can send them after the main date.

How do I get them?

Usually we mail them but occasionally we have pickup locations. When the faire is running you can sometimes purchase them at the merch booth.

How will I know if I should get a box?

Whitney Houston once asked us a similar question, RIP. Her reply was, “I’m asking you cause you know about these things” and the you was obviously me. She was asking me because I know about these things. I said, “Whitney, it’s not whether you should or shouldn’t, it’s which Lunar Faire Box you should get.”

When are new boxes coming?

Usually during winter. We had high hopes for making up a summer batch but then remembered we run a faire every two weeks and that seemed unhinged when the time came to actually do it. So this is probably a downtime-only situation unless we do some expanding and staffing.

What’s with all the chaos? Why does it come up so much?

The Lunar Queene told me a long time ago early in my mentorship that I create all my change through chaos. This faire is the epitome of that and having such a heavy hand in its creation, that surprises me exactly zero. Lunar Faire energy is about swift change and cutting down everything in the path to your purpose leaving nothing that doesn’t serve standing. So chaos will always touch a part of everything we do. Changes that swift are born of wildfires not smoldering embers. I think it’s for this reason that Lunar Faire is welcome to anyone but not for everyone.

What if I want to purchase an item in a box?

The packages have all the vendor info you could ever desire inside of them! We also posted the items in the boxes on our socials and tagged the vendors. If it's limited or sold out, you’ll just have to endure that crippling LF fun box fomo if you didn’t already grab that bag.

Who shouldn’t get a box?

If you have any sensitivities, physical or otherwise, you may reconsider purchasing a box. Some scents or products contain allergens and some content might be considered offensive. If these are concerns you may have or have ever had in other forums, this may not be for you. Please use your judgment before purchasing, as we are not responsible for your reactions to or comfort with the things in the box. And if we’re not for you, we do hope you find something you align with in your life travels!

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

There are no refunds for any packages at any time for any reason. You can, however, contact us about cancelling an order before the package has shipped and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

What if something happened to me? What if there’s an emergency? Who can I call?

I would start with a professional or expert who can handle whatever your emergency is. If your emergency is Lunar Faire Box related that would be strange because this is a pretty low risk venture and we already talked about allergens, but there has to be a number around here somewhere. I know I saw it recently. Let me get back to you about that I swear I just had it. It has a bunch of fives in it. In the meantime, you can email me at tellmeaboutmybox@lunarfaire.com.
